Review on 🚰 Electrolux EWF01 PureAdvantage Water Filter - High-Quality Filtration, 1 Count (Pack of 1), White by Brad Knierim

I have purchased a few of these filters and they have always worked well. But something is wrong with the last one. After about 10-15 gallons of water has been poured through this thing, the water is still as cloudy as when it was originally flushed. Our tap water is clear and clean. I'm not exactly sure what's wrong with this particular filter, but I'm concerned about what's causing the cloudiness and what we're drinking in this water. Returning such an item is almost impossible as it will leak during shipping. These filters are not cheap. I am really disappointed. UPDATE: The replacement wasn't any better. I spoke to Electrolux, the only company name on the packaging, but they said they do not guarantee products not purchased through them and they had no complaints. I would like to advise all buyers here that the packaging shown, which I am used to, has changed. Also, the filter is made in Singapore, so I'm not happy with some cloudy residue coming out of this thing. This isn't just air - it won't dissipate even after standing overnight. I poured 20 gallons of water through with no improvement.
