This is a mixed situation. The cleaning head is excellent - it's thin and flexible so it can get into tight, awkward places like under the fridge, between the counter and the appliance, etc. The microfiber cover absorbs and holds dirt and dust and is easy to clean. took it off to clean (I hand wash and air dry to keep in good condition). There are no complaints about the operation of the dust collector. Contains two sets (2 nozzles with cleaning covers and 2 swabs) and a few small microfiber cloths. This is a big plus. But the stick is complete nonsense. It uses a friction method to change length - twist to unlock, then once extended or retracted into position, twist to lock. It's not a bad system, but the build quality is so poor that both units I received failed almost immediately. I had a bar that got stuck in the shortest position and a bar that got stuck in the longest position. The rod itself is a very thin-walled metal. Five stars for cleaning head performance and usefulness; 1 star for the quality of the pole; Overall rating 3 stars. If you don't need to change the length of the rod, it's worth considering as the cleaning head works well. However, if you need to extend/retract the stem to use it, look elsewhere as the build quality and functionality of the stem is even below dollar store standards.
