Water gets on the windshield
Needs to be replaced. Easy to install little guy. It delivers water to the windshield, although it doesn't eject water like the original. The water is more concentrated in the spray area than in a fan. The water is directed to the bottom 1/3 of the windshield, but the wiper catches the water and disperses it well.
