The dashboard is quite intuitive, easy to navigate and user friendly. It has various useful widgets which can be easily shared with colleagues or employees as need arises for solving QoS problems without requiring separate support tickets. Since it's in house, they do not offer support from outside parties once you pay them monthly billing services so if your needs grow beyond what their team can handle then this could become problematic especially during peak seasons such as summer when usage spikes. Be clear upfront about exactly what kind of assistance you are looking for and how long will the contract last before renewal or cancellation options have been exhausted. We've solved the majority of issues ourselves but when we hit more complex ones they are either unable/unwilling to assist us further than just pointing out similar known solutions OR make things worse by adding additional features instead of helping solve existing problem. The best part is that it does not require any additional software or hardware. It works with your existing devices like PCs, laptops, mobiles etc. It can be used for both desktop as well as mobile users. I have seen some minor issues in its UI but they were resolved quickly by their support team. You can use this tool for monitoring the QoE of your website visitors.
