I love that they have such good customer support! They are always responsive to my call or email request for help when needed. We use their products both at work as well as home which is convenient because we can pick up what we need where ever it may be located with ease. It would also make life easier if there were more than one place you could order from but not all of our needs require large quantities so sometimes this isn't possible. Sometimes they don't send me emails about new product releases until after its released making ordering difficult due to time constraints. Our office uses several different sound systems throughout the day including some very loud ones during busy times like meetings. Having multiple options available makes things much less stressful.
