I like "macro" very much, I put it in quotation marks, because in general, as a macro, it is rather weak, but it is also a zoom. although the pictures in this focus range generally suit me. focuses mostly quickly, and this is a big plus! tupit extremely rarely, besides, no one canceled the manual focus mode. the constructive inspires respect, it is made firmly, the mount is metal. if your "trunk" leaves, fix the lid, and solve 2 questions at once. conclusion: expensive. if you need exactly "nikon to nikon" and travel, he is a contender. but now, for example, there is Tokina, at an equal cost, its aperture ratio is 2.8. and sharpness - I will not say, you need to test with a specific camera. for shooting CHILDREN at home, immediately look at 35mm. and 50mm. f/1.4 or f/1.8. review has been corrected.
