This is a very comfortable and flexible wetsuit, a true second skin that also does its job of insulating the core when swimming in colder water. The wetsuit is relatively easy to put on and even the dreaded back zip issue resolved itself nicely after a second try on the wetsuit. The key for me was to gather as much slack in my legs and arms as possible and gently pull that slack down to the neck area before attempting to zip up the back. I also used one hand to gently pinch the fabric under the zipper while using the other to fasten the drawstring. In the water, the wetsuit was very flexible and did not restrict freestyle movements. I also liked the ribbed material on the forearm, which makes it easier to pull the punch. And the suit was very easy to take off and turn around when I was done swimming. A word on sizing: Synergy originally advised me to buy the S-3 for men based on my measurements - just under 5ft 7in, 150lbs, broad at the shoulders and big at the chest but with a tiny waist was small to me. I just couldn't close the back despite six attempts. And even when a friend zipped me up, the suit was very tight in the shoulder and chest areas. So I contacted Synergy and they advised me to try M-1, the next size up which fits perfectly. Synergy was very generous and helpful with the trade-in: I bought the S-3 from Revain.com, but Synergy offered to sell me the M-1 directly from their website for the same discount on the Revain.com price and the same free one 2 day shipping with my Revain Prime membership so I returned the S-3. free at Revain, received a refund very soon after, and received the M-1 directly from Synergy just two days after it was shipped to Revain. I am very pleased with how generous Synergy was with this exchange and in enabling me to get my M-1 in time to swim in the Atlantic all July 4th weekend.
