Bought for a little girl's bedroom, this canopy is perfect! The quality is excellent, especially for the price. After being disappointed with the quality and simplicity of the canopies available at major bed and bathroom stores, I made plans to sew one of the curtains. However, I'm so glad I found this canopy that fits my needs perfectly at a fraction of the cost and effortlessly. I bought this canopy for temporary use and as a template but it looks great in the room so we're keeping it (although we'll probably get a prettier tie over time). Unlike other reviewers, I had no issues with the installation, which took less than 5 minutes, although it was a lot easier with two people. The twins were sized just right for a double bed with a curved canopy frame. There are both holes and ties at the corners so it can be used with or without a frame and it has a plate that attaches to the top. As you can see from the photos it is used on an existing canopy frame. An unexpected bonus were the anchors on the inside along each side of the dome top, allowing it to connect and follow the curvature of the frame. It should be noted that this canopy is made of mesh, which was fine for my use as it allows light to enter through the top and air from the ceiling fan to circulate. All four sides open with beautiful lace around the edges. This canopy is clearly intended as a decoration and not as a mosquito repellent. Our little girl LOVES her princess bed!
