Seems to work well for vitamins, minerals and supplements
Green Tea Extract may have helped the most, but I've lost at least 5 pounds. apparently for this product. Gives me a slight boost of energy and seems to reduce my appetite a bit but also seems to give me some body odor (despite using deodorant every day) which is new and I suspect is related to the DHEA metabolite. However, as at least one other reviewer has pointed out, I wonder if my body will adjust and then I won't see any noticeable benefits. Just take a look.
