I don't think "absorbency" is a good way to describe it. When cleaning glass and mirrors, you don't want a cloth that gets too wet or stays too dry as it leaves streaks that defeat the purpose of the cloth. These towels clean the glass well, remove the film without leaving streaks without oversaturating the fabric and dry quickly. I use them almost every day in my cleaning business and my customers have noticed which is a huge compliment!
