
Some keys on the keyboard (LED) that came with the computer did not work. It's a bit annoying, but oh well. I called tech support but I couldn't get help right away because the tech team is busy. As promised, I received a call two days later but was told that the new keyboard would be shipped next week as today is Friday. So no keyboard for at least a week. However, the computer works fine and the LED backlight looks very cool. February 1 update. It's been 10 days since I contacted support for a keyboard replacement. They haven't even sent it yet. For a keyboard replacement. They couldn't process it because of CoVid. Just blame Covid. I think today I will miss lunch because of Covid and there is nothing anyone can do about it.
