They have helped us automate our deal flow by creating customised templates for use within Salesforce CRM as well as Excel spreadsheets which we can share internally or externally via email etc. It has enabled us to be more efficient at managing deals from origination through negotiation until finalising terms of agreement. The support team are very quick getting back when you need help so I would highly recommend them! Nothing specific but it's been great working with their sales rep who was also able to answer any questions quickly without having someone else over my shoulder looking after me (as sometimes happens).
