Couldn't turn it on

Purchased a few days ago and before I still can't turn it on. It only turns on via USB and they only provide a USB cable, no adapter. So you're assuming it will work if you plug it into your computer, no. It seems that the PC's power isn't enough, tried the phone's power supply, nothing, they then point out that you might need a 5V/4A adapter when connecting to the RPi, but this one doesn't have a 3.5 -mm power input jack but only USB so now you need to find a 3.5mm to USB adapter as well as AC adapter DC/DC power adapter and see if it works.Zero stars.
