I like how easy it is compared with traditional systems of employee recognition or reward programs - you can do so much through this! The ability to customize each level/category also makes things easier than if they were just left as "standard".

It's nice being able to send an email out at any time in place where we have our system set up (ease), but not having access during specific hours would be helpful when sending something big throughout all levels within work units / teams etc. This helps us recognize those who go above & beyond without needing extra steps from management every quarter which has helped increase participation overall since everyone feels recognized by others around them regardless what department someone works outside theirs now too.
