I saw these when I went to the Chevy dealership and was curious as to what they were. I ended up going to Amazon and bought them for my 2004 Saturn Ion Redline. My radiator has a very small leak. Also, coolant occasionally dripped out of my water pump housing, causing me to have to add some coolant every 2 weeks. First I flushed the entire cooling system with distilled water. I then drained the distilled water and added about a half gallon of Dex Cool coolant. I crushed all 5 tablets and mixed them into a cup of coolant. I then put it in the filler hole and topped up the reservoir with some more coolant. After driving the car for a couple of days and adding a little more coolant (the car blew out all the trapped air so I had to add coolant) I stopped noticing any leaks. It's been 6 months since I've done this and still no leaks! This is an amazing product that works. I'd recommend trying it out if you have the occasional trickle of coolant or a very small leak.
