Review on Enhance Your PC Audio with the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 THX Certified Computer Speaker System (Black) by Nick Ross

I bought this sound system and received it on 05/10/2019. In mid-February 2020, the subwoofer started turning on and off. Soon it just stopped working. Couldn't get Klipsch to take my calls and couldn't get them to answer my emails. I called Asurion (I bought a protection plan from them). Asurion got through to Klipsch. The representative sent a replacement part for the right satellite speaker. I replaced the part and the subwoofer still didn't work properly as before. Called and emailed Klipsh again and again no response to calls or emails. The sound from this system hummed for 4 1/2 months, then nothing more. The sound was excellent. Customer service, no rating low enough.
