I love this protein powder and have tried many different brands, protein sources and types of protein powders. I have Crohn's disease which sometimes makes foods and ingredients complex. Before, when I was really sick, I would look for easily digestible foods in the morning that would help me gain weight and maintain my weight. I don't like the taste of soy and the feeling in my stomach and the whey makes me gassy. Pure hemp protein is quite intense, and almost all protein powders are "low carb" and use artificial (or artificially flavored) sweeteners. rough. I have also tried powders for weight gain but they make me very bloated. This protein powder mixes amazingly well, tastes very rich and creamy, and doesn't make me feel like I've eaten a perpetually inflated balloon. I add almond milk, banana, flaxseed, hemp seed, chia and coconut oil. and more recently glutamine. Tin cans are an interesting packaging approach. Although they are new I find them a bit overkill and wasteful considering I spend 2 cans a month.
