The speed in which they respond to all communications is the most important thing that makes HashCast stand out from other services. Their staff is always responsive to emails, texts and calls. The only problem I have with them is their price. Some of the cheapest providers charge more than $10 per item, but it's possible for them to do things for less (especially if you're using a shared link). I recommend using hashCast since it's a great service for password leak alerts. I use them when sending passwords via email. It gives me some peace of mind knowing my passwords are being stored securely somewhere else than on my own devices. I like how easy it is for me to use, you can also create multiple passwords with one account which makes things easier when needing to change them frequently. The only thing that could be improved would be if there was an option of creating more than 1 password at once so we don't have to go through each individual page in order to add another password. It's great because my team has access to all our passwords from anywhere as long as they're logged into hash cast.
