I like how easy it is to use once you have used another payroll system before (like ADP). Also love being able to add employees without having access to their social security numbers or other personal information! Nothing so far - but we are still in our trial period for this product. We were looking at several different products when searching for an integrated solution with all aspects of employee data management within one platform including paychecks/employee statements etc., time clock, attendance records, benefits enrollment, onboarding process, performance reviews, training materials etc.. This was very important because there wasn't anything out there where everything could be done from 1 place instead of multiple places which made things much more difficult than they needed to be. It is very easy to use for small businesses with less than 50 employees. I like how it allows me access from my phone or computer at any time through out the day if there are issues (even when working remotely). There isn't much room for customization unless you pay more money. If your business has less then 10 people this program will work great! You can run payroll in about 5 minutes per month. Also we have been able to reduce our tax burden significantly since implementing this system.
