Velcro, NOT zipper

Looks well tailored, just the right length for my 7 year old. The closure is well hidden under the collar. Velcro is ok, but doesn't always hold. Also, the size is a bit big for my son's neck.

Pros

The ones with velcro are better than snaps. If they come off, just throw them away.

Cons

Due to the adjustable nature of the tie, it may not fit all neck sizes.
