I like that I can send my proposal to a potential client and have them review it within a short time period, and I can see the feedback they provide. I dislike that it is so hard to get through to a representative. I have sent several emails and even called. I can't get through to a customer service representative. Also, the time limit on the contract is 5 days. I wish it was a 7 day limit. I am trying to get feedback to help me improve my proposal. I am trying to get more feedback on my proposal. I like that you can upload photos of your products, it helps with the accuracy of my estimates. Sometimes it doesn't allow me to enter new information, so I have to reupload all of the pictures. Make sure to use the drag-and-drop feature to easily move items around in the picture section. It allows you to get an accurate estimate without having to spend hours writing out each detail.
