We are using this service since 3 years now our organization has been growing rapidly so we need to hire people very fast to meet up with demand but at this time their support team takes lot of time even sometimes they do not answer your query on phone or email.

I would say avoid it! It's definitely not worth investing any money on workin because you might end up wasting time & effort. Our org needs a great HR Team who can handle any kind of queries within seconds without creating mess like other providers do.
