Unbelievable value - paring knife

Surprisingly good value! The packaging is beautiful. The knife was a little lighter than I expected, but the thickness of the shaft and handle fits the hand well. It passes all common sharpness tests out of the box. I'm leaving this to the family to see how the persistence lasts with some of our less experienced cooks who can handle it for a while. All in all a very good knife and a very attractive price.
