This is a life saver. I had severe back pain that required two corticosteroids. I've done my own physical therapy by watching some YouTube videos and my pain has subsided. In combination with the pillow, my pain almost disappeared. If I don't use a pillow or forget to use it when I leave town, I find my pain returning. That's a great pillow. You may find it a bit thick or uncomfortable at first, but once you use it, you won't be able to do without it. At first I bought a thinner wedge-shaped back pillow, but it turned out to be useless. This is the way!
