Bad Taste in Whey
I hate to give a bad review but I really don't like the taste of this one. Something about the sweetness was just overwhelming and made every sip heavy. I think it's the artificial sweeteners that make it sweeter compared to the sugar already in it. Unfortunately I bought the £12 bag without trying it first so it's on me hopefully I can add something to mitigate the bad taste.
- Directions: Mix two (2) scoops of R1 LBS with approximately 18-20 oz. Water, milk or your favorite drink in a shaker or glass for a delicious cocktail. Or add your favorite fruits and ice, blend in a blender and enjoy your smoothie!
