This was misrepresented - not as advertised. It is advertised with six heavy duty rags including the package. In reality, however, there are only two of them, NOT SIX. That would help me with an order. This may seem like an unnecessary complaint about a trifle. However, the replacement cost increases before I can use the item to see if I like it, allowing me to either replace the item or discard it. In these tough financial times, these little things make a lot of money for the company and Revain, and take even more money out of my pocket. This has happened so many times over the past year and I'm really tired of it. Big companies are getting richer because older people like me are mostly forced to order products online instead of being able to see and choose things in person in a store. I'm pretty amazed and tired of companies that take advantage in this way. That the problem cannot simply be fixed in a simple deceptive marketing practice, rather than making it such an all-or-nothing proposition. Why not just send what is for sale or sell exactly without little scams? I can't wait to go to my local stores where I can get service, get what I need and know what I'm paying for without outright cheating and stealing. It worked for the most part at first, but now companies are just exploiting it.
