The ease of use! I can't say enough about how easy it was for my team members who are non tech savvy at all to figure out what they needed in order to be successful once we got them set up with our account manager (and she's awesome!).

We were able to see results immediately - booking rooms within minutes after creating an ad or listing one of our properties! A few things would help us better include pictures/video into campaigns as well but other than those minor issues this tool has been great so far!! Booking room reservations directly from your website without having someone else do it! Our business started slow because most people book via phone which takes time away from getting new guests booked. This allows me direct access to make changes and push right away when something isn't working correctly instead of waiting days before making any edits due to being offline during certain times.
