Review on 🎮 Fosmon Quad PRO Controller Charger for Xbox One/One X/One S Elite (Not for Xbox Series X/S 2020) - Dual Dock Charging Station with 4 Rechargeable Battery Packs, Black by Elijah Harvey

I ordered a dual dock + 2 extra Xbox One controller chargers (I have 2 Elite controllers) to replace the single PowerA chargers (with a controller) that I had for many years . Packaged, arrived next day as promised. The base holds 2 battery packs and then the two controllers can be charged on the top mounts. The design is well thought out and the whole unit is compact and unobtrusive. The LED indicators on the front of the charging station are a great feature and are clearly labeled so you can quickly see the charge status of each of the 4 batteries. There were several reminders in the package to register the product with Fosmon and contact information for customer service should you encounter any problems. Unfortunately, I immediately noticed that the rear controller mount wasn't charging (no LED at all, as if the controller wasn't on the mount). A quick inspection revealed that the charging pins for the rear charging cradle were completely missing. After emailing Fosmon support, a replacement stand has arrived! They apologized for the problem and explained that although rare, production and quality issues can occur. Obviously, customer service and "brand integrity" are equally important to Fosmon. I think the charger looks and works well and the company strives to make sure you are happy with the product. I would highly recommend this charger and will definitely consider other Fosmon products in the future.
