This pillow is great! I like that the cover is removable and washable. I love the comfy handles on either side because I use them in the car for lumbar support so I can grab the handles and place them exactly where I need them. Most importantly, the pouch inside that contains the buckwheat husks also has a zipper so you can remove or add as much filling as you like to get just the amount of support you need. It's very full so I removed almost half of the buckwheat husk and kept it because it softens over time so I add more as needed. I have been using this pillow in my car for over 2 years and have just ordered another one for my neck. Excellent value for money and quality!
