Since then I have used this item several times and the issues identified in the original review have not been observed again. I'm increasing it to 5 stars now because the product is now working as expected and also because of the great customer service. Maybe the original block I received was due to a bad batch? Original Rating ============ I love the massager. Looks nice. Relatively compact compared to others. Powerful and relatively quiet. However, as some other reviewers note, it looks like the manufacturer needs to fix an issue. Periodically the massager turns itself off when I try to turn it on at level 1, especially right after a full charge. You can get around this by quickly switching to level 2 before it turns itself off. The battery indicator isn't very accurate either; 3 out of 5 "points" Batteries are drained quickly. However, it seems that it takes 2 hours at level 5. I ordered a replacement through Revain Prime. The second block is slightly better, but still not 100%. The reported problems still exist, just less severe. However, after comparing the two devices, I decided on the first because the second device is significantly louder. On the 2nd device, the socket where you attach the attachments seems to be a bit loose, causing extra noise. The leak is between the bushing and the housing. I like it so much that I keep the first block. If the manufacturer fixed these issues I would say this is a 5 star product.
