Review on Quick FPA by Carl Givens

The best thing about this product was it's ease of use, I used to dislike estimating because most people in my team were not very good at them but with the help from FpA i have been able to improve my productivity by leaps and bounds. It also gives me real time visibility into what resources are being spent each day which makes budgeting so much easier! There aren't really any downsides other than maybe having too many options as some may get confused when they first start using FPAs system. If you want something easy to understand then go ahead give it a try even if your new to project management or programming. This has helped us better manage our development budgets & schedule tasks more effectively without too much effort needed. We now know how long things need to take due to increased accuracy of estimations.
