Easy and flexible tool for planning various projects

It's easy to use, can be used by anyone without much training or expertise in estimating project management tasks/efforts of any kind - which I really like! The program has been ableto help me build my own set up from scratch easily with it being very user friendly as well (I'm not an expert at this stuff!). There are some features missing such as "Incomplete Task" so we have had trouble using task cards when they get moved into different phases but those should come soon enough though? We've…

Best estimating tool i've come across so far!

The best thing about this product was it's ease of use, I used to dislike estimating because most people in my team were not very good at them but with the help from FpA i have been able to improve my productivity by leaps and bounds. It also gives me real time visibility into what resources are being spent each day which makes budgeting so much easier! There aren't really any downsides other than maybe having too many options as some may get confused when they first start using FPAs system. If

  • Simple process for adding expenses/payments.
  • Flexible reports that can be customised easily
  • Can add categories quickly within seconds insteadof entering data manually through multiple screens like old excel sheet etc
Cons
  • Some issues while export in Excel sheets
  • No proper categorisation option (like cost center wise)
