Review on OWDEN Stamps Jewelry Uppercase Lowercase by Dawn Fischer

I bought these to use with the thin aluminum tags that are sold for attaching to plants. Any pen, ink, marker, etc. wears out over time, so something like this is essential for labels to last for years or even decades. Unfortunately, the 1/8 inch font size is too small and it is very difficult to read the letters on this kit. One solution might be to use thicker pieces of aluminum for the labels and I have a friend who uses very thick aluminum labels. but that's a big jump in price. I have a nursery and will need to make hundreds of labels over the long term. I think a laser engraver is the way to go, but I don't have to do a lot at once, just a few here and there, so doing it by hand is advisable. I'll probably try to get bigger metal stamps. My biggest criticism of this product is the plastic holders. The covers are very difficult to remove. It feels like you're about to break something because you have to pull hard and then the dies will pinch and sometimes fall out when you open them. This is ridiculously bad design.
