Review on Smart Fleet Management by Curtis Donjuan

It's very easy to use, it has all our needed features for tracking of vehicles in real time with GPS data from several sources (GPS Tracker or Wifi). The customer support team does not seem motivated enough at this moment - they are only willing to do little helpings but nothing major either! I wish we could have more options as customization was limited when compared to other systems available out there. For now i'm still using my old solution which did give me option to customize things like alerts etc though sometimes these were outdated versions too so had some compatibility problems here also. We solved issues related to vehicle maintenance by providing detailed reports about usage patterns, breakdowns along with recommendations through SMS notifications/email reminders if required. Also helped us track repairs done during service visits & provide cost savings analysis via customized dashboard viewable within app itself.
