Make sure the batteries are inserted!
I gave 3 stars for the installation because it requires some work and it is CRUCIAL that you install the batteries before you close your cabinet. There is no way to open it any other way. I messed it up and had to cut a hole in my closet (you won't find it) so we can install the batteries so I can get back in. Totally MY fault but you should be aware. Set it a little lower. than you see fit - the locking tongue is quite high. MAKE SURE YOU INSERT BATTERIES BEFORE CLOSE. Love the card key, am not a big fan of having to use both fobs, I think it should be opened.
