Review on Oster Expressbake Gluten Free Setting CKSTBR9050 NP by Flee Pannell

No longer in love Suitable for small appliances

UPDATE: After 3 months I had to apply for a 1 year guarantee. Bread settings no longer work, this is only suitable for rising dough. Check out the attached photos of how my most relevant loaves come out. My ingredients are fine, but the machine isn't working properly. Previous review below. I did a lot of thorough research before deciding on this bread maker and I am very happy with my choice. It came down to a gluten-free model and a standard expressbake. I choose the gluten free model after deciding they are similar enough that I want to be able to bake good quality gluten free bread for gluten free friends and family. I have not yet used the gluten free regime. based on my experience baking three loaves of bread in three days after receiving this item. The first bread I made was the standard white bread, the basic starter bread that the manual recommends trying first. (On the photo.). I used the medium crust setting as recommended in the instructions and it turned out great! My friend ate all the bread that night. The next day I made the French bread from the recipe book that came with it - I used the medium setting for this, but wish I had used the dark crust setting - however it turned out as perfect as can be. .Now I have bread with cinnamon and raisins in my bread machine. It is almost done. It smells wonderful and I can't wait to try what I'm sure will be another great bread. I would recommend this bread maker to anyone looking for a quality machine at a great price. I will update this review if there are more comments in the future.
