We ordered two sets to fill our patio. We only received half of the second set. I reached out to the seller through a message and the other set arrived within a few days. It was disappointing that I didn't receive a message back regarding our issue, but I forgot about that when the shipping info followed within a few hours of messaging them. The fact is, we absolutely love the look! We purchased them in October, so winter rolled in before we could get a lot of use out of it, but we were able to have a few little get-togethers around the fire pit.First thing is first. Assembly took around 3 hours per set. The ratchets provided are actually top-notch accessories. Be careful if you're using a drill. You can easily damage the piece and overtightening can crack the framework. We stuck to the tools provided. Lay your pieces out in groups so that you can easily find what you need for each piece. When assembling, put the bolts in far enough to grab, plus a few turns. You want to be able to move the panels. Once you get all of the bolts started in a panel tighen one or two to make it sturdy, but don't tighten anything all the way until your seat has 4 sides. Things go together much better when you leave things loose until you have all of the panels in place in a seat before tightening. You'll figure out what works for you quickly.Packaging has no wasted space. pillows and pads are conveniently nested inside of the panels. One set arrives in 4 boxes numbered 14, 24,34 & 44. Unfortunately, the parts are scattered, so If you are short a box, don't bother assembling.The pillows and pads are of heavy fabric and seem sturdy. I will be attaching velcro to them to keep them in place in the wind. I also purchased scotchguard. I will be treating them prior to deployment for the summer. The furniture is actually quite comfortable. The pads are thick, and everything sits at a nice height. It even looks good with a fire pit in the center.We brought the pads and pillows inside to store and nested the sets together and covered them with the recommended tarp purchased from ebay. Two sets are under this. It's nice and compact. The pillows are difficult to store. There are so many! But, that's a good problem to have.I'd definitely recommend this set. It's affordable and comfortable, but keep in mind that the description clearly states that the pillows are not water resistant and will fade in the sun. Please protect your purchase with a scotchguard type product.
