I have been working as Assistant Director at this organization since 2014 - managing their annual fund campaign (with over $5M raised). The ability that we can track our progress using analytics was really helpful in order understand what are they doing right or wrong during fundraiser so far? This is great tool! It's hard sometimes when you want them do something different but it doesn't seem like your having impact because there isn’t any way backtrack from decision made by others who had lead team before us here.- Need help organizing event/program; need more support internally than just one person assigned only once per year which makes me feel lonely most time ;-) Having fun while contributing my own skill set towards improvement within nonprofit sector through volunteerism & professional growth! I've used them when we were looking at adding donor management capabilities (like giving reports) into our system - so it was easy integration time! It's been over two years since then but their customer service is superb as well!! We got great advice from Michael Kowalski about how best they could help us fit in what would be working perfectly if done right within Salesforce & Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Platform or other third party CRM providers out there like Hubspot etc..
