So much potential but not enough power

After Razer replaced my desktop with a decent gaming laptop, I had high hopes for it. Well I was overwhelmed and disappointed. It only works great as a laptop. The good screen, great keyboard layout and overall speed are just great. However, it fails in its main purpose, gaming. I only had trouble running games on medium graphics settings. After a while he has "micro stutters" and the keyboard clearly heats up. The first was repaired once by Razer but reappeared after I got it back (awaiting next repair authorization). The latter was billed as "normal" by Razer. Both the system (keyboard and hinge area) and the power supply itself get very hot after 30 minutes of operation. The power supply bothers me because it is either on a table or on the floor. The heat worries me that I'll end up burning the circuit wherever it is. Razer support was mediocre. Mostly general troubleshooting "try updating your drivers" or "you started from scratch". For the price I expected a lot more. They provide prepaid shipping labels for their warranty work, but packaging is up to you. I hope they either fix my problem or replace the system on the next repair attempt. Too bad I threw the box away so soon after buying it, otherwise I would have returned this system and looked elsewhere. Be careful and read skeptical reviews. UDPATE: Do not buy this laptop. Razer support is terrible and I'm still waiting for a solution after a month of initial stuttering.
