This is my third filter system from iSpring. First two used tanks and this is my first tankless. While the booster pump was running, some leakage from the reverse osmosis tank occurred. Adam from customer service helped me out and sent me not just a couple of extra o-rings, but a whole can of reverse osmosis. And I really appreciate it. After I put in a new O-ring and end cap, not a single drop came out. Literally flashed the system and started using it. I don't have strong water pressure where I am but the current is just right for what I need. A family may still need a small tank to provide a *very* high flow. The system is great and exactly what I expected from iSpring. You will receive a fully assembled unit and only need to insert a reverse osmosis membrane. could you build it yourself Of course.
