Great support: Kitchen & Bath Lights

This is my third filter system from iSpring. First two used tanks and this is my first tankless. While the booster pump was running, some leakage from the reverse osmosis tank occurred. Adam from customer service helped me out and sent me not just a couple of extra o-rings, but a whole can of reverse osmosis. And I really appreciate it. Because he could only send one end cap, but instead wanted to make sure the problem was 100% solved the first time. My original plug must have had a slight…

Unsatisfactory "tankless ", actually needs a tank!

While this unit produces filtered water at a much higher rate than a typical home RO system, it does not provide a good "user experience" when installed without a conservator. When there is a water demand, you can expect a few drops and then a 15 second delay for water production to start. It has to be some kind of cleaning cycle, but when I want to fill my cup with water I don't like waiting extra time just for the water to start flowing. Also, the flow is slightly weaker and it takes longer…

Also buy a tank under water filtration and softener

It's been 18 months and we're still going strong. This system was really set up and forgotten. My TDS is still in its teens so I don't expect to change the reverse osmosis membrane until at least the 3 year mark. I will never buy a water filtration system in a big box again! UPDATE: For the price, this system should include a tank. I added a tank and now the worlds are better. Large water pressure on request. In all honesty, for a typical home, this system is probably overkill. If that's the…

GREAT BLOCK! - Plumbing for kitchen and bathroom

Please see the update below. We live in the Dominican Republic where even city water isn't that good, so we have a whole house (+2 sqm) and animals that have been using a filter and UV system for over 15 years. We have been without city water and in severe drought conditions for over 18 months. We also have rainwater harvesting systems, but without rain there is no water. The cost of water trucks has more than tripled, and the water they deliver comes from one of the most polluted rivers in the

We are happy with the result

Media could not be loaded. With four children, we had to use almost 2 cases of bottled water every week. Yes, I know, that's a lot of empty bottles, and yes, that's expensive in the long run. That's why we started researching reverse osmosis systems under the sink. We needed a system with a high filtration rate to meet our needs, so we chose the Ispring RCS5T. Before purchasing we called customer service just to make sure this system was what we needed. James from Ispring answered all of our…

Something I should have owned a long time ago

My buddy Nick asked me if I liked it. Here is my answer. The water tastes exceptional and I am disappointed that I did not purchase the system many years ago. I like the compact design so it easily fits under the sink. The lack of a tank is a big plus as I know the water is always fresh. The system performs decently, filling my coffee pot about 25% faster than my fridge filter. I am happy with the purchase and am planning to purchase another unit for my second home. There are a few CONS I…

Do not buy a system without a tank

I have purchased 2 iSpring reverse osmosis systems in the last 3 years. The first was a top-of-the-line 6-stage system with a storage tank. This system has worked extremely well for the two years that I have owned this home. When I moved in last year, I wanted to install the system in my new apartment. I chose the tankless system because I wanted to save space under the sink. Big mistake. The tankless system is practically useless. When you first turn on the faucet, the water literally flows…
