The best feature about this tool is that you can have multiple users in one account so it's easier for your team or organization as well as other departments within an agency if they work together! It takes time getting used too but once familiarized there are some minor things I'd like changed such as being able tp add attachments directly into emails instead of having them send me those files separately; however we use file attachment features often enough where not changing would be difficult/impossible (we're using bidbook mostly via email).
We've been working at trying different ways to create better communications between our sales teams when bidding jobs through their own accounts vs us creating separate ones since each department has its strengths & weaknesses. Some customers prefer communication by phone while others don't want any interaction outside what comes across during meetings online which makes it hard sometimes knowing who needs updates regarding progress etc without going back-and-forth over chat apps - plus all these.
