Not snug at waist if you are very skinny
I got a small. I'm 5'7 and 115lbs so I am quite skinny. Will be taking it to get tailored.It is a bit on the looser side around bust area as well (I am a 32C cup almost B) but not enough for it to be an issue. Can still look good with a strapless bra that gives enough support.Love that it isn't too short! Dresses like that are hard to find these days.
