Review on The Bureau by Alex Smith

I like that we can be flexible with our team members to work out what is best suited their needs, as well as being able to have them do tasks they are interested in doing at any time during an assignment! It would also help if there was more flexibility around working hours - it seems sometimes you're expected into early evening or late morning when your personal life dictates otherwise (and this isn't always within reason). We've been using Bupa because one member had previously worked here before coming across us; however her previous employer didn’t appreciate how much she put herself forward so having someone who understands from experience has helped immensely since then too!!
