They're quite flexible in terms of the kind of reports they can produce and also the way in which they can present them to you. I find them very intuitive and they can easily explain any technical details you may need help with. The interface is really easy to use and the navigation bar is particularly helpful for getting around. They're always responsive to requests for improvements and updates. The pricing is fair and the amount of information available is enough for most businesses without going over the top. It has been very easy to integrate with my CRM. One thing that surprised me was how good the documentation is. You get to learn about things before you even get your hands dirty. They're quick to respond to questions and they'll do whatever they can to ensure you're happy. All in all, I've been extremely pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking to automate their data collection processes.
