I sent this to my mother-in-law in Puerto Rico because they are having grid/business issues. So I read a review from someone who had already sent their relatives in PR due to Hurricane Maria and it worked for them so I took a chance. My mother in law didn't stick it permanently because she expects 10-16 hurricanes or tropical storms and she doesn't want to lose it, but she's been using it for about 3 weeks. She is very happy with how it works and that she doesn't just have to turn on the gas generator to turn on the lights so she can save herself the generator when she needs to turn on the fridge to warm her food after days without power keep. So she is very happy and that makes me a happy customer.
