I like the size of this suitcase. Perfect. The build quality is very good and the fans are easy to install. This case is very user-friendly, making set-up easy and fun. The top plate is removable for heatsinks or fans and is easily reassembled with a screw and reinserted. The front part is also separate from the body. When my suitcase arrived I was about to remove the glass panel and accidentally dropped it on the table and it broke. As I waited for this computer to be assembled until all my parts had arrived I was very disappointed and didn't want to return the case to Amazon and wait for a replacement. I went to Lian Li's website, wrote to customer service, and attached a photo of my broken glass. They responded quickly and sent me a brand new glass panel from China for free within a week! Your customer service couldn't be better. I will buy Lian Li products again.
