Review on Outdoor Camera Wireless I Detection by Matthew Nunez

UPDATE 2 (Oct 14, 2020) Camera captures rain but no people. Today I received 39 rain warnings. The other day, me and my partner were in the camera view and I was literally DANCING in front of the camera and no alarms/motion were detected for the two people in front of the camera. I also had my partner leaving work and coming home and he didn't pick up the car but at night the camera caught cars passing by. Single. one. out of them! I know it's the headlights, but it's very frustrating and annoying. *** UPDATE Camera crashes and jumps ahead in time losing whole minutes of time. I am changing my rating to one star. It really annoys me that this can't capture the movement of a cat, especially a black cat, but it can capture the movement of a tabby cat. That's why I bought the camera and it's useless when I play back and nothing comes up or timeslots skip. *** First let me say that if you want a cheap, decent camera, this is a very good one. I got this product for about $37 and am happy with the price. But I got what I paid for. It has decent night vision (blurry for small objects/animals and far away) but it's constantly picking up bugs and alerting me, but it doesn't sense me or my cat. I'm small, but not so small that he doesn't spot me half the time. The reason I bought it was to try to bring my escaped semi-feral kitten back into the house so it's very disappointing that she doesn't feel her movements at all. I myself had to scroll with rewind and seek. Also, I get an alert when it detects something. It's annoying to get error messages firstly and secondly when I go to the playback warning too many times I get an error and have to find another way to view the clip. only to find out that 90% of the time it's just a bug! So for the purchase I would give 1-2 stars. But the camera actually worked 10x better than the iPhone Flicker (which I'm returning) for which I paid twice as much. For that and for the affordability I give this camera 3 stars.
