Not working as expected

I bought these for grocery delivery as I believe it was mentioned in the description. I soaked them a bit and froze them for 3 days, then wrapped each with paper towels and loose layers of bubble wrap to keep my package insulated but still let in some air. We shipped in the winter and they shipped to fairly cold areas, but the cold didn't stay in the package for even two days. They might work for a cooler or something, but not for what I used them for.
