They look great and are easy to assemble. It took me much longer to figure out why I can't get one of them to turn off than actually installing them. After moving a few around the house, I realized they're just super delicate. The plug, or even proximity to the wall or shroud of the outlet can turn on the light. So basically I have three lights that are on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. One is in a small closet, and it's pretty dark while it's on. Another has a carbon monoxide monitor hooked up, so it's on. The latter has an Amazon Echo Dot connected to the top port, which is still enough to dim the light sensor and keep it on all the time. I like the look and functionality. But I would really like it if they were turned off during the day. For now, I'm just counting on the LED drawing so little current that it won't make much of a difference. I hope that the constantly on light does not lead to their rapid wear and tear.
